The Challenge
Industrial liquid filtration processes (chemical solutions, acids, plating baths, food & beverage, ultrapure water) require absolute filters that ensure efficient particle retention, broad chemical compatibility with solvents and corrosive fluids, and long service life with low pressure drop — all in a safe design with no fiber shedding or adhesives.
Our Solution
TeknoPure-AB uses a high-purity polypropylene pleated filter medium with gradient pore size design for optimized particle retention. Thermal welding construction (no adhesives or surfactants) and FDA CFR21-approved materials ensure clean, contamination-free filtration. The large filtration area (0.52 m² at 10 inch) delivers long service life and low initial pressure drops.
